Ormos Panagias is a small settlement in Sithonia, it is essentially the port of Agios Nikolaos and is located just 2.5 km southeast. Ormos Panagias is 109 km from Thessaloniki and 42 km from the capital of the Prefecture of Halkidiki, Polygyros. The settlement has a variety of options from rooms to let and hotels as well as many restaurants. The port of Ormos is moored mainly by tourist boats which make trips around the peninsula but also to the peninsula of Mount Athos. The port has a Coast Guard, but the possibility and installation of mooring small tourist boats is limited.
